All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
Please note that during peak periods, promotions, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom
- European Union countries
- Selected international destinations

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- European Union: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

For international orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Vonnure is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Customs clearance procedures
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Severe weather conditions
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@vonnure.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@vonnure.com.
We may require supporting evidence, including photographs of damaged packaging.
Each case will be reviewed individually in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
