This Return & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

You may use a clear written statement in your email including your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Returns
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Underwear, sports bras, or intimate items where the hygiene seal has been removed.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@vonnure.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item
If your claim is approved, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. We will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of:
- Receiving the returned goods; or
- Receiving evidence that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier).
Refunds will include the standard delivery cost paid at the time of purchase (if applicable). We are not required to refund any additional delivery charges for premium or express shipping options.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank before reaching out to us.

6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you request a different size (subject to availability). If you need an exchange, please email support@vonnure.com.
7. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
